Orders

The ‘stock’ status shown for products in our web store is correct to the best of our knowledge at any given time.
Only items that are in stock (indicated IN STOCK) can be added to your shopping cart/order.
Items that are not in stock (indicated OUT OF STOCK) cannot be added to your shopping cart/order.
The Ronstan International Pty Ltd (Australia) web store does not do back orders.
You can set up an account with the Ronstan International Pty Ltd (Australia) web store to save time on checkout process for subsequent orders. Your account will remember your shipping address details and other useful information.
You can edit your account details when required.

All prices include GST at the current rate of 10%.

 

Payment

The Ronstan International Pty Ltd (Australia) web store accepts payments using PayPal.

You can pay using either :
1. PayPal account (linked to a credit card or bank account).

2. Credit Card (without a PayPal account).

PayPal is a safe, easier way to pay.
PayPal securely processes payments for you.
Using a PayPal account lets you use your credit card or bank account online without exposing your card number (to merchants).
Using a PayPal account facilitates speed through checkout. There is no need to enter your card/account number or address.

If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up for a PayPal account at the Payment stage during checkout.

 

Shipping

We only accept orders to an Australian shipping/delivery address.
We do not handle international orders.
A flat shipping charge of $15.00 including GST applies per order, except for Sunglasses-only orders.

Sunglasses-only orders are shipped free. Orders that combine sunglasses with other products will be subject to the normal shipping charge of $15.00. If ‘free shipping’ is incorrectly selected for orders that include items other than sunglasses a Ronstan customer service representative will contact you to arrange for the correct shipping charge to be paid prior to processing of the order.
The shipping charge applies to Australian mainland and Tasmanian delivery addresses only. For any other Australian addresses a member of the Ronstan customer service team will contact you.


Orders are shipped by courier or post depending on the size and weight.
All deliveries will need to be signed for on delivery. A daytime contact telephone number is required (our couriers insist on this).
Orders will be processed and shipped the following working day (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) after receipt of your web store order.
Standard delivery time is within 3-5 days, often less. Shipments to rural areas may take longer.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted as per the provisions of the Trade Practices Act.

You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging).
You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
Include a copy of your web store invoice or packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit
Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable.
