We only accept orders to an Australian shipping/delivery address.
We do not handle international orders.
A flat shipping charge of $15.00 including GST applies per order, except for Sunglasses-only orders.
Sunglasses-only orders are shipped free. Orders that combine sunglasses with other products will be subject to the normal shipping charge of $15.00. If ‘free shipping’ is incorrectly selected for orders that include items other than sunglasses a Ronstan customer service representative will contact you to arrange for the correct shipping charge to be paid prior to processing of the order.
The shipping charge applies to Australian mainland and Tasmanian delivery addresses only. For any other Australian addresses a member of the Ronstan customer service team will contact you.
Orders are shipped by courier or post depending on the size and weight.
All deliveries will need to be signed for on delivery. A daytime contact telephone number is required (our couriers insist on this).
Orders will be processed and shipped the following working day (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) after receipt of your web store order.
Standard delivery time is within 3-5 days, often less. Shipments to rural areas may take longer.
Returns are accepted as per the provisions of the Trade Practices Act.

You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging).
You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
Include a copy of your web store invoice or packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit
Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable.
